Interactive Design
My interactive design work ranges from complex Web 2.0 applications to boutique websites for small businesses. My goal is to always exceed my clients' expectations. This begins with researching and understanding user needs.

Rearden Commerce
At Rearden Commerce, I worked closely with the Creative Director to redesign the Rearden Commerce Personal Assistant, a web and mobile application that combines travel, dining, events and expense management. This involved transforming the product from a dated 1990s era website into a dynamic Web 2.0 application. I was responsible for standardizing the look and feel of the interface, icon design, internal ad design, creating a styleguide for in-house and external use, designing global widgets, and assisting with user research and product development concepting.

Before
The Personal Assistant’s predecesor was a visually uncompelling website that lacked hierarchy, clear information design, and an aesthetically pleasing color palette. Our main task was to rebrand and redesign the interaction and visual design of the product. line img
After
The old application was reinvented as the Rearden Personal Assistant with red as its dominant branding color. The consistent use of gradients, typography, and color, against a twelve column grid, made the information and interaction design clear and user-friendly. line img
